Major alterations and additions to a single storey terrace in Leichhardt, which involved extensive (if not exhaustive) liaison with Leichhardt Council, prior to approval.
The front of the terrace was largely left in tact, which adds to the drama of the double height open plan living spaces revealed to the rear of the property.
A new first floor houses a study, en-suite, walk in robe and mezzanine master bedroom.
An abundance of insulation, high level operable skylights and large eave overhangs help to passively regulate the internal temperature year round.
